Debra A. March
Debra March has served as the executive director of the UNLV Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies since 1996.  As the director she is responsible for programs and activities related to the undergraduate degree in real estate finance, as well as outreach into the professional community. Some of these programs include internships, mentoring, scholarships, career placement and continuing and executive education. Through her leadership, the Lied Institute has participated in extensive real estate research and economic analysis in areas including workforce housing; the social impacts of growth; office, industrial and retail projections; infill development; regional planning and growth management; predatory practices and other related areas.

Debra March has served as a Henderson Planning Commissioner since 2003.  She was a member of the Planning Accreditation Board in 2005 and 2006. She was elected to the national board of the American Planning Association in 2006.

In 1999, Ms. March received recognition as the NAIOP Associate Member of the Year and the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors, Citizen of the Year.

Ms. March is a member of the Southern Nevada Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the Urban Land Institute Executive Committee, the GLVAR Commercial Alliance and the Henderson Chamber of Commerce.
